With the location of this house, you will need to drive.

Amazing local pub just a field away and the exclusive South Lodge hotel and their brand new gym are nearby.

Sharing with an easy-going live-in landlord and his well behaved (retired) working cocker spaniel; Jasper.

Although this is the first time the rooms have been rented, I have been renting rooms in my own house as well as renting shared co-living properties for 10+ years, so understand what makes for comfortable living and people enjoying their own space.
