Bedroom

Hi, my name is Harry (but I'm a girl). I'm a live in landlady, which means sometimes I'm here and sometimes I'm running away some random place. Usually my parents' house cos I'm not that cool anymore.

There are four rooms in the house, so in total four housemates.

The room is a single room with a built in wardrobe, bed and mattress and a little shelf and wall mirror that comes with it.

The house has a large living room, a kitchen and dining room combo, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bath, a downstairs toilet and a garage/utility room/place where we hang our clothes up to dry. There is parking on the driveway and we're about a twenty minute walk away from Three Bridges station (direct trains to London & Brighton) in one direction and the town centre in the other. It's about a 10-15 min drive from Gatwick Airport, or there's a 24 hour bus <5 mins walk from the house. Or you could go to the station, but bus is probably quicker once you factor in walking.

Rent includes all bills, Wi-Fi and Virgin TV. On top of rent we also pay £10 each per month for cleaning of the communal areas.

We're a very chilled and quiet-ish house (except when I'm singing really badly in the shower/while cooking and washing up) so looking for another chilled person to have a chat with over dinner and maybe the occasional night out. Essentially we want it to feel like a home, not just a house.

Non smokers please, and unfortunately we can't have pets or couples in just one room as HMO license regulations mean we can't have more than four people. However there is another (double) room also available so it would be fine for a couple or friends to rent both.
