LOCATION: The house is 1 min walk away from Tesco express in Southgate and 1 min walk from bus stop to Town , fastway bus service is approx 7 min walk and we also have a driveway for up to three cars.

BILLS: All Bills Inclusive (even cleaner, toilet rolls, cleaning products). Unlimited fast Wireless Broadband included.

BEDROOMS: 5 bedroom house, all rooms are fitted with security locks.

BATHROOMS: Separate bathroom with Power shower/bath and a separate WC…two of the housemates have there own en-suite.
OTHER: Access to the good size garden and all the appliances you need: including Washing Machine, Fridge, Freezer, Tumble Dryer and Iron provided

HOUSEMATES: Friendly Professional working aged between 25-55, we are not a party house and would like someone respectful and considerate to join us.
