Property has Premium Virgin wifi. Looking for quiet professional person (female preferred), as house is quiet, with one f/t employed tenant already in residence. Sorry, no smokers. There is no garage, but there is parking on front drive. We recently had an excellent lady tenant move out, after nearly 10 years, so looking to fill the room again.
We have no pets, except fish in the garden pond. Bills are also included. We have smoke alarms and a combi boiler (so there is always hot water). The kitchen is little used, but has a decent washing machine, tumble drier, electric oven and gas hob. Also a microwave and shared fridge. We also have a second WC in adjacent outbuildings (outside the back door). The garden gets a lot of sun (south facing). Hedgehogs visit regularly at night.
