I have a large double room to rent in my property. Looking for a professional individual, male or female to rent out the room, all bills included.

I am a single professional male who has a daughter who stays over Tuesday evenings and every other weekend. I also have 2 dogs.

The property has 3 bedrooms with bathroom upstairs and toilet down stairs. There is a living room / dinning room and kitchen down stairs with the bedrooms up stairs.

All bills are included and you will have use of all appliances washing machine / tumbler dryer / dishwasher / cooker / oven / fridge freezer etc. You will also be able to use all cutlery / plates and cooking utensils if you need to. You will have cupboards made available in the kitchen for you.

The room is largest bedroom in the house and has been completely redecorated - new carpet - newly painted and new lamp shades. I will provide Bed / Wardrobe / Chest of Drawers and Bedside Tables. Bedding will not be provided.

The property is ideally located near to local shops and is on the main No 10 Bus Route into Crawley Town making it ideal if you don't have a car.
