Large double is really nice, newly decorated, fully furnished room 3.5 metres x 3.5 metres approx with romantic metal framed double bed and huge/tall IKEA wardrobe in shared house for one person, TV and DVD player included in bedroom.

House is non-smoking semi detached Victorian, fully furnished with shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom, second toilet, conservatory and south-west facing garden. Lounge has Sky+ and superdouper wireless internet. Kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob and microwave.

We are looking to share with people that speak english, are clean and tidy and can share housework with us as we like to keep house nice. We prefer non-smokers, but will consider smokers but absolutely no smoking inside house. No pets or children.

Short term rents from 3 months minimum are available. We need deposit and first 8 weeks rent plus a surcharge.
