What is Homeshare?
Homeshare is a supportive living arrangement — not a care job. You offer a friendly, consistent presence and practical help around the home, and in return you receive affordable accommodation.

The arrangement
Homeshare fee  £190 per calendar month
Support time: 10–15 hours per week (flexible and agreed in advance)
Accommodation: Self-contained room arrangement
Furnished double room + Wi-Fi
exclusive use of the first-floor box room and bathroom 

Pets: No pets currently. Pets considered depending on the pet.
No smoking policy
Preferred Homesharer: Female
Householder in need reassuring presence in the house as a safety net, with support mainly around some cooking.
Support needed (10–15 hrs/week)

Typical support may include:
Friendly companionship and a reassuring presence at home
Cooking support / meal preparation and shared mealtimes where appropriate
Light housekeeping linked to meals (washing up, tidying kitchen)
General practical help around the home (as agreed)
Simple admin reminders / support if needed (appointments, basic household organisation)
(This is not a care role — it’s practical home support and companionship.)
