The room available is bright and airy on the first floor, with large built-in wardrobes. It has a comfortable double bed and has just been re-carpeted too.
It is available for 1 person for a minimum of 6 months. Rent is £495 per month, and the refundable deposit is £300

The house has a bright kitchen leading into an inviting communal lounge.

There is a garden to enjoy BBQs in the summer and if you have a bicycle there is a shed to store it easily.

You will find plenty of on-street parking if you have a car. Getting to work could not be easier. The Fastway bus routes 10 and 20 run day and night into Crawley town centre and direct to Gatwick. You have a choice of bus stops a short walk (or run) from the house.

Other nearby amenities include the Broadfield Barton shopping centre, with its assortment of shops, cafes, health centre and library.
The K2 sports centre is a 15 mins walk away or take a leisurely stroll through Buchan Park - just a mile away.

There are a total of just 4 rooms in the house. The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, house TV licence and the all important fibre extra broadband!) and are fully furnished with beds, side tables, chests of drawers, etc. There is additional storage in various nooks around the house. The house also has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
