Hi, my large (10' x9') single furnished room will become available on 1ST NOVEMBER 2019. It is a nicely furnished room, recently re- decorated, with a small double bed (4') next to the bathroom, and is very quiet due to its location on the street. There is a shared bathroom/toilet with overbath shower and another separate downstairs toilet. The kitchen has a small fridge freezer and cupboard space for lodgers sole use. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and cooker for shared use. We are 2 females aged 42and 62 and we are a quiet (unless my grandkids are here), clean and tidy household, so a like-minded person would be ideal. There is ample car parking space outside, also a bus stop just across the road which covers all major routes including gatwick airport.
