It’s located on a quiet new housing development in Ifield.
Sharing with landlord who is a 25 year old female and her 30 year old boyfriend.
Visitors parking spots are available on a first come, first serve basis but there is also on road parking at the start of the road (as it’s a development, it’s a very quiet road) Sky tv, sky movies, sky box sets and Netflix included with Pure broadband WiFi.
Driving is recommended.
15 minute walk to Ifield train station
(3 minute drive)
15- 20 minute walk to Ifield shops
(4 minute drive).
All bills included.
Own use of large tv in room.
