All previous tenants have been very happy living here. Quiet area, friendly neighbours, good bus routes, 10, 1, 20 all run 2 mins walk away. Local shops 5 min walk, not too far to carry shopping!
NB: Landlord requires copy of ID on file. Room is let by a non-resident Landlord and so you will sign a Short assured tenancy agreement. I don't live far away so if there are any problems I can attend to them quickly.
