Accommodation is modern with a private en-suite bathroom each. Each room has its own 26” Smart HD TV as well as a REALLY! strong 350Mbs Wi-Fi connection with a Wi-Fi mesh system to get strong Wi-Fi throughout the whole house. This includes the use of the well-equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting room with large 43” Smart HD TV, front and rear gardens and shed for storage.
The room has a bed with a luxury orthopedic mattress, a bedside table and large wardrobe. The bedrooms are fully acoustically (sound) insulated for anyone that has unusual sleeping/working arrangements. There is also a high quality blackout curtain to achieve night time at daytime!
The room has its own, private en-suite bathroom with powerful shower, toilet, sink and a mirrored cabinet.
The house has a cleaner attend every 2 weeks to clean all communal areas of the house. If required they can do the private bedrooms also, (enquire if interested, small extra cost).
All facilities are provided for all necessary household tasks e. g. iron, ironing board, all cutlery, plates, cooking pots and pans, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and touchscreen hob, microwave, broom, mop and bucket, tea towels, cloths, cleaning products etc.
The house is in an area that is ideally located for all bus and cycle transport links. The Route 10 and 20 bus routes have buses going around Crawley, including to Gatwick Airport every 6-10 minutes, which is especially useful if working at the airport.
Crawley Leisure Centre is virtually on the doorstep at 0.6 miles away! This includes Cineworld Megaplex, Virgin Fitness Gym, Hollywood Bowl including an arcade area, Bella Italia Italian restaurant, Chiquito Mexican restaurant, Frankie and Benny’s New York themed restaurant, McDonalds, Nando’s Portuguese restaurant, Pizza Hut, TGI Friday’s American themed restaurant.
A large Sainsbury’s complex is directly across the road and is a short walk through Ewhurst Wood to get there. The wood is directly in front of the property, which gives a beautiful view. They have lots of facilities there including cash machines, travel money, restaurant/cafe, bakery, deli, fish counter, meat counter, hot food counter, salad bar, Ebay collect, DPD pickup, dry cleaning, recycling and a petrol station.
West Green Park is also directly across the road which has beautiful open gardens.
Crawley is very well connected by rail to lots of destinations including Horsham, Haywards Heath, Croydon, Burgess Hill, Brighton, East Grinstead, London Victoria (40 mins) London Waterloo (60 mins) and of course Gatwick Airport.
You can easily walk to the centre of town from here. It is 1.5 miles away, and takes 10 minutes to cycle.
