The flat is within 400 yards of the local shops, including a large Co-op; likewise, the Dorsten Square bus stop, on route 10, among others. (Buses from here connect to the town centre, Manor Royal, and Gatwick airport).

The spare bedroom has a double bed and there's a good sized built-in wardrobe in the room, as well as copious drawer space. The living room, kitchen and bathroom would all be shared.

There's ample off-street parking, outside the flats.

There's a washing machine in the kitchen.

There's wireless broadband included.

The rent would be fully inclusive of all bills.

And the room has its on TV, with access to Netflix and Freesat.

I would like to take a deposit, although it could be spread over two or more installments, if need be.
