A happy new home from home?

This is a Monday to Friday let.
Close to Gatwick rail links and buses, the room on offer is single but with a lot of storage. The comfy bed is a standard single size but is built-in so not suitable if you are very tall! The house is fab, (even if I say so myself!), modern and stylish. It has a large through lounge, dining room, conservatory, downstairs loo, modern refitted kitchen with dishwasher and an attached utility room which serves as an 'overflow' and has the washing machine/tumble dryer/freezer and beer/wine fridge in it. The modern bathroom has both a bath and a newly fitted shower cubicle. There is a fairly large garden with a large patio and a decking area.
We share the house in quiet, relaxed harmony – my housemate Katie works in Finance and I work in the Special Needs department of a mainstream secondary school. We each have our own good social lives but it is nice to have a bit of a chat each day and we occasionally share a meal or a glass of wine. We are clean, tidy and considerate people and we share the domestic duties - it's never a case of 'I'll just wash up my own stuff'. We don't crash about at night and are mindful that others may be sleeping. We’re not huge party animals but (I hope!) we’re far from boring and it’s a happy, relaxed and quiet household. We would like to share with someone with a good sense of humour, who is easygoing and interested in life and wants to have a comfortable Monday to Friday home, not just a room! It's important that you don't smoke (or snore too loudly!).We have been used to a Mon-Fri sharer and it's worked really well. Are you that someone?
