PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE POST. >>> We have a lovely quiet attic bedroom in our house.. It MEASURES 8 SQR MTRS. It has lots of cupboards and a wardrobe. It is more like a little studio actually! . There is a smallish shower but NO loo in the room but you can use the family bathroom. . there is loo at the bottom of the stairs in the main bathroom..
The house is 1920's and has a nice size garden. You may use the kitchen (as long as you are clean and tidy and choose to cook when we are not cooking at the same time!!!). The lounge is for private use but you can use the kitchen-diner. We are very friendly and pretty easy going. However, we like to have our own space and are respectful of your private space too ! We really would like to have people who are happy positive PROFESSIONAL people. We would need references and a month's payment upfront plus the deposit of £100. All bills are included but we do ask people to SWITCH OFF ANY ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT when not being used. So, if you are a happy, positive, clean and tidy person we would love to meet you. The room is available to see NOW. We can also rent weekly for £200 per week with £50 deposit per week. We look forward to meeting you. Although you can not park at our house, just opposite there is a big parking space where all our friends park and it is off road and safe ,,*****,IF YOU WORK FROM HOME THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE OF £40 PER MONTH*****
PS. We board a few dogs, so animal lovers please.
****PLEASE NOTE WE ARE IN CRAWLEY DOWN NOT CRAWLEY** A CAR IS PREFERABLE! THERE ARE NO NIGHT BUSES FOR AIR CREW !!! However, there many buses during the day. . The nearest train station to London is Three Bridges. The daiy parking charge is £7.50 at the station.
