For single professional person,
I am flexible, if only for 3-5 nights a week, the rent would be adjusted according to nights required.

It has a very large private garden. If you like gardening, that would be great.

It is in the heart of Cuckfield village.

I have a cat that’s quite sensitive
female is more suitable or a quiet man
Must be good with cats, be very tidy and care about the flat, etc.

I am very flexible, let me know the nights of the week that you would require, then rent amount would be agreed.

Preferably short let and not here the whole week.

I am self employed and often work from home.
