A kitchen Aga, and a cinema space with 8 seater sofa. The house has 2 very large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one smaller middle bedroom complete with shower an adjacent office space looking out over the fields.

The house includes a large garden, and light filled conservatory. We have parking space in the drive for 2 cars.

The house is situated in Ditching,12 mins drive from Brighton, at the foot of the Southdowns. The area offers many local walks and footpaths, including the Southdowns way. The house feels nestled in the countryside yet benefits from 2 local village organic shops, post office and the famous Bull pub doctors, and village hall, with ongoing yoga classes.

We are close to all amenities and shops 5 mins drive away or 20 mins walk across the fields to Hassocks ,which has a commuters train station direct to London within 50 mins. This house would make an ideal winter retreat. Ditchling is a friendly artistic community.
