We are a young couple who recently got married and both work full time. We have a very friendly and well behaved dog!

We have a spacious double bedroom available to rent in our 3 bedroom detached new build house. The room is fully furnished with a triple mirrored built in wardrobe, bed side table and double bed with brand new comfortable mattress.

The main bathroom in the house, which is next to the room for rent, would be for your use as we have our own en suite. There is off road parking and a large garden and patio which you are very welcome to use also.

You would have access to all downstairs areas, lounge, kitchen diner and utility room.

The price is inclusive of bills- we have a new washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 120mb fibre broadband with great connection. We have Sky Q in the lounge which we can add sky multi room to if you are happy to pay the extra.

There are local bus and train services and a large supermarket within walking distance.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy housemate ideally a working professional.
