Behind the house, nip down a field 50 meters onto public footpath for approx 100 meters, to access a well-maintained S. A. N. G. (Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space) which takes you to the main road with pavement/street lights to East Grinstead town centre, train station, Sainsbury’s, etc. Walk & save fuel, save Parking Charges, save the planet, keep fit!
This accommodation will suit a person who appreciates peace, privacy, enjoys birdsong, plants/trees, beautiful views, nil traffic passing windows. C1930s house - not a party-house - all mod cons. No live-in pets.
Numerous ‘Walks’ around here. Publications & websites give details – including cycle-paths - of which there is one in the Lane going directly to East Grinstead railway station and E. G., town centre.
