Double bedroom with ensuite in detached house

Comfortable size double bedroom with en-suite (shower, toilet & hand basin), kingsize bed, bedside table, two chests of drawers and small wardrobe. We will get a desk and chair for the room, if required.

- - The property - -
Our house is a wooden-clad, quite spacious, 5-bedroom detached house on a farm on the edge of East Grinstead (about 6 mins drive or 25 mins walk to the town centre), so it's pretty quiet here, with the main sounds being the birds and the sheep!

You will have shared use of all the common spaces, i. e. a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, a separate living room and a utility room.

- - The household - -
The current residents are:
Myself and my missus in one bedroom, our daughter and her boyfriend in another bedroom, another couple (who are family friends) in a third bedroom and another guy (a work colleague & friend) in the fourth bedroom.

That leaves the fifth bedroom which is currently unoccupied. The rent is £700 pcm per month for one person in the room or £800 pcm for a couple sharing but we would prefer to just have one more person in the house as there are 7 of us living here already.

The room will definitely be available until mid-November 2021, and possibly for longer, depending on whether another our daughters will move back home at the end of the year.
