The kitchen area includes a sink, a full-size cooker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and cupboard space.

The living area comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

You will also have use of a utility room with washing / drying machines and the shared garden.

Drury Lodge is a wonderful Victorian building with high ceilings and large windows. It is in a quiet residential road a short walk from the centre of East Grinstead. Free parking is available in the street outside. Cleaners come twice a week and a gardener fortnightly.

The rent Includes council tax, water and the heating and hot water in the shared areas. You are just responsible for the cost of the electricity in your room.

The rent is £500 per month. The landlord is a member of the NRLA and uses standard AST tenancy agreements.
