A bright and comfortable single room available in an extremely clean, friendly house in East Grinstead.

📍 Location: Conveniently located close to local shops(Sainsbury’s and Aldi), with Lidl 50 metres walk away, East Grinstead train station(5min walk), and the town centre.(10min walk)

🛏 Room: Fully furnished with bed, built in side light to the bed, wardrobe, new carpet, desk and storage under the ottoman bed and black out curtains. We provide fresh bedsheets and towels for you upon arrival. Washing liquid, laundry detergent, kitchen roll, toilet paper and bills are all included.

🏡 House: Tall town house with spacious shared kitchen, large garden, two bathrooms and a garage. We have two washing machines and a drier. Three parking spaces (only one in use) and bike stand free of charge. Clean and quiet environment. Deep cleaning of communal spaces is done weekly by a professional cleaning lady, including kitchen and bathrooms. The bathroom is finished to a high standard and the kitchen provides a lot of storage space and up to date appliances.

🐈‍⬛ Although we have a cat in the house, she spends her day in the garden, sometimes walks around the kitchen floor and doesn’t enter anyone’s rooms, or is allowed in the communal hallways in general. She also never goes in the toilets or bathrooms. She isn’t dirty, doesn’t smell or makes noise. She warms up to people very quickly and îs docile/not aggressive.

☀️This is a lodging for people who work during the day. Not suitable for 'working from home' or night shifts. The people who live here are used to light cooking/kitchen use rather than enthusiastic chefs who cook very elaborate meals. Heavy drinkers/late night activity is not welcome. The house goes quiet from 10:30/11pm.

It is a quiet, comfortable and friendly house with friendly people who are quiet, contained, relaxed and considerate. Everyone is tidy, washes after themselves whether it’s the kitchen or bathroom, and who respects the privacy of others. Would appreciate a like minded person.
