Location: just outside town, past the Sackville school. 15-20 min walk to town. 25-30 min walk to EG Station. Bus stop 2 min walk with the 280, 281, 290 bus routes.

Living space: Lodgers benefit from their own separate living room

Kitchen: shared amongst everyone. No dietary restrictions, but perhaps would NOT suit a Vegan/ Vegetarian depending on your tolerance to meat in the kitchen.

Garden: 0.5-acre garden with lovely views

Owners/ Landladies/ other occupiers: Mother (50) and Daughter (23), who are interested in dogs and are building a business to reflect this passion.

This room would suit: a dog lover, open-minded, perhaps spiritual, understands the balance of communal living but privacy, and DOES NOT work from home ...
