Annexe room in town near Waitrose

Annexe room to let, conveniently situated near shops and with easy access to station, buses etc. Off-street parking for one car.
The room has its own exterior entrance and key and is separated by a small passageway from my art studio and the rest of the house, so privacy is good. There is an ensuite washbasin in the room too. Main bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is a small back garden with seating areas which you are welcome to use. Lounge area is mainly private as it is near my working space and I play the piano sometimes there, but there are also regular times when open use is fine if desired.
I am a professional artist working from home and studio but also spend time away in the US for periods which can extend to a month or more. At those times tenants have the house to themselves.
This space would suit someone professional and financially stable who is independent and happy with their own scene and company but also enjoys some social interaction with others from time to time and is fairly easy going. Open communication about any problems is important as I will fix them and want to maintain a pleasant living environment for all
occupants 😊
