Barn with bed sit above

A bed sitting room above my barn/garage. Suit active person as need to use ladder to access room! Loft hatch can be closed for additional privacy. All amenities provided including fridge, TV, cooker, microwave, bath with shower attachment, washing machine. Wifi available but can be a bit slow!

Must be someone who enjoys country life and animals, as (friendly) dogs roam, but likes to be in reasonable reach of local services. Bus stop and village shops are 1 mile away and Angmering Railway station is 2 miles. Dedicated parking space available off road for one car. The beach is a 5 minute walk.

Bills - energy, TV & internet inclusive. Council tax not inclusive, if main residence.

There is storage but it is limited so would suit someone working away from home as a weekday residence, or a student. Some extra storage space in garage below.

This is for single occupancy - definitely no children, no pets and .........no smoking!

My house is approximately 20 metres away so you would be independent.

Rent can be paid monthly (£550)

References are required from current employer and previous landlord(s) - please supply phone numbers + sighting of bank statements - paper or online. Please also give a bit of information about yourself when you respond.

I am in the process of (possibly) moving house but this won't happen for at least 3 months, probably longer, so would suit someone who is looking for temporary accommodation.
