A lovely spacious double bedroom availble to rent in our second floor flat in East Wittering. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a balcony with some views of the sea and Isle of Wight.

The bedroom has lots of storage (pictured) and is furnished with a double bed, bed side table, wardrobe and shelves. We are a quick 2 minute walk away from the beach and local pubs/restaurants, as well as being situated above a Boots pharmacy, Tesco and Co-op convenience stores. Multiple coffee shops, cafes, bakeries, a greengrocer and local butcher mean you almost never have to leave the village!

The village of East Wittering has everything you would need with good public transport links into Chichester, which takes 20 minute by bus and there is a bus stop opposite the flat. No designated parking space, however there is lots of on road parking which is free.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and as easy going as we are - Unfortunately the flat isn't big enough for a couple, or any pets.
