Large Double Room- quiet suburb of Crawley/Gatwick

We have a large, bright double bedroom to rent out on a monthly basis in Kilnwood Vale, Faygate. Available now. We are 5 minutes drive from Crawley and 10 minutes from Horsham. The room is fully furnished. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower that you will be sharing with us. We have an en-suite in our room so it is only really Rachel that uses the main bathroom for the bath. 

Other shared spaces include a large living room with kitchen including all modern appliances. Large flatscreen TV with plenty of channels and amazon prime/netflix. The flat is a top floor 2 bedroom apartment in a new block with 5 other flats. It's only 3 years old so very modern and in brilliant condition. There is loads of visitor parking in the area if you have a car but no allocated space other than our 1. There is never any disturbance from neighbours and it feels like we are the only ones in the building. I'm in the fire service at Gatwick which is a 10 minute drive away or 30 minutes on the bus which runs regularly from outside the building. As we do shift work you would have to be understanding of the hours we wake up/come home but this also means I am out for 12 hours a day 4 days a week, so you will get plenty of peace and quiet as only Rachel will be home. This is the perfect place for anyone working at Gatwick or in Crawley. We are a laid back couple in our late 20s, we very rarely drink or have visitors other than parents, but that doesn't mean to say we would have a problem if you drink etc. We spend most our time in the gym or chilling watching television. The flat is hard to photograph and looks much better in real life, so please come and have a look. 

No pets. No smokers, ecigs are fine as we use them.
