We are currently looking for someone to fill the spare second room in our flat. We are 2 working professionals who currently work in Crawley centre on 9-5 hours.
The house is ideal for someone who wants to be near enough to the train routes (10 minutes from Three Bridges or 15-20 from Gatwick Airport) and has parking right outside. There is also a bus that runs into Crawley centre.
We currently have our cat Sammy who is incredibly friendly and no trouble to anyone
The room had an en-suite bathroom along with 2 large walk-in wardrobes and everything in the flat is newly built in the last couple years so works perfectly.
All the bills will be included and we have fibre broadband along with skygo, Netflix and amazon prime on the main tv. We also have a cleaner who comes 2 hours a week
The estate also contains a free gym and clubhouse for residents to make use of
