Seaside cottage

I have a double bedroom available with own private sitting room and private access via back staircase. This is an old cottage with beams and some low doorways but it’s set in a popular location; a very short distance to the sea and overlooking fields. It would suit someone with their own transport, but there are bus stops very close by and the town is easy to reach. There’s plenty of available parking. You would also be sharing with a lovely, gentle and well behaved Labrador! I would ideally like to share my home with a professional person. My family sometimes come to visit but there’s plenty of room to accommodate everyone, and I’m often away visiting friends or travelling so I’d also like someone who’d enjoy taking care of my home while I’m away.
