Annexe is part of my property but has its own entrance.

Property has been renovated to a high standard.

The annexe has the following features:

Induction hob
Shower room and toilet
Small Double bed
Smart Tv mounted to the wall
Fully furnished

All bills are included (including broadband)

No smoking in property, I don't mind if you smoke outside.

Minimum term is 3 months

Single occupancy only

No pets
