A Double room on the 2nd floor (only bedroom on this floor) in a semi-detached house in Goring by Sea. A couple of hundred meters from the beach, 15-20 minute walk to Durrington station and bus stop at the end of the road.

Central heating and double glazing in room, also a desk/ storage unit, wardrobe and large cupboard. There is a TV Ariel point. Room has recently been decorated

Shared bathroom on 1st floor with free standing bath and seperate shower. There is also another WC on the ground floor.

Full use of kitchen included with double ovens, microwave, washer/dryer, instant boiling water tap.

Sunny garden and storage in the garage for a bike if required, Free on road parking.

This is my home with my 2 very polite and tidy teenagers (17 year old boy and 15 year old girl) We are looking for someone that will take care of our home and enjoy living here. We also have a loving Cockapoo who is very much part of our family so you must like dogs.

Rental price of £650pcm is inclusive of council tax, bills, weekly cleaner and broadband. References will be required

I would consider a shorter let or a Monday-Friday let if you are the right person. The room could possibly be available from 23rd April
