Large bedroom in a flat mostly to your own

If you are looking for a peaceful place to place to live, where you can enjoy some privacy, you have landed on the right ad.

I am a half time (or even less!) living landlord. I work in London most days of the week and enjoy spending the odd week end in the city too. I am easygoing, dynamic, out and about, but also like some chilled evening.

What the deal?

It's a two bedrooms ground floor flat, fully furnished, cosy, homely, fully equipped.
It's located just by the train station, about 2 minutes walk. So easy and quick access to both Portsmouth and Chichester, from a quiet residence.

You'll have the large double bedroom. It comes with a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table. You can easily put other bits of furniture if you want too.

The whole flat will be yours most of the time, you'll have some privacy, which I know from experience is sometimes hard to find in a house share!

I am rarely at the flat, but will let you know anytime I am coming down, and when I am back from London, I am often out and about, easygoing, I like cooking some yumlicious dishes.
