Female professional / student for a 4-12 month lodging.

We're a friendly/easy-going/busy professional couple with a young daughter. I'm a software engineer and my wife's a teacher.

It's a quiet family home and everything's pretty routine.

I work from home 4 days a week but otherwise we're generally out and about.

It's a lovely area with plenty of green space, country walks and decent pubs close by.

It's a 15 minute walk to the high street (which has all the essentials and some nice cafes) and the train station for direct London/Brighton travel (10 minutes to Brighton, 1 hour to London Victoria).
