Mon-Fri Double Room in Maisonette with Garden

The room available is modern, open and light which runs throughout the flat with its simplistic style and big windows. In terms of practicalities, the room has a comfortable bed, desk, many plug sockets and lots of storage solutions including under-bed drawers. Bedsheets and a towel will be washed and changed for you weekly.

The living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden are all shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook in excellent working order. The double shower is in full working order with the option of two different shower heads. The living room has a large dining table, comfortable seating and the TV has a fire stick including Netflix. I have a lovely garden which gets the sunshine from around 10am until 8pm in the Summer.

The location is great. Within walking distance there’s: the Orchards shopping center- 3mins, The Broadway - 7mins and Hayward’s Heath rail station - 13mins.

There is unrestricted parking on the road to the side of the flat and unrestricted parking between the hours of 5pm-9am on the road opposite.

I work as a Design & Technology teacher and dog carer. Around work I usually go to yoga, swim, chill out or work on a new painting or crochet project.
