On the hunt for the right flat mate

Hi all.

I'm looking for a flatmate for my spare room :)

I'm pretty used to living on my own, so it has to be the RIGHT person before I move in with anybody.

I'm a happy/friendly and really sociable person, it would be great to find somebody I get along with, don't want to be two strangers, not speaking.

I work in Music PR and work really hard in the week, once I have been to the gym, and eat, it's usually a pretty chilled evening for me.
I don't bring parties back here and want to find somebody who would be respectful of the place.

I travel a lot for festivals, I'm a huge lover of techno and travel in general :)
I'm clean and tidy and it's a must whoever comes in here is the same.

It's a lovely two-bedroom apartment, you would need to provide your bed and whatever storage you want to put in the room.

A few minute walk from Haywards Heath station, it's a perfect location for travel to London and Brighton, can be at LGW in around 12 minutes :)

I need a reliable person that's going to always pay the rent in time. references, credit checks and deposit would be required.

Would prefer to live with a woman or a gay guy.

Rent is currently £450 plus bills..
