Housemate wanted to share home with

I am looking for a housemate to share my home in a quiet close in Haywards Heath. You must be an animal lover as I have two house cats and a dashund dog, all of whom are very friendly and loveable. You will have a large double bedroom overlooking front garden. Currently there is a large mirrored wardrobe (see pic) in the bedroom which you can use, or can be removed if not required. Equal share use of the kitchen, bathroom, front room/dining area, garden and conservatory (see pics). Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and electric oven/hob. Broadband, netflix, amazon prime and Now TV are all hooked up to front room TV. There is a small box room which i have converted to an office due to working from home currently and happy to share where available. Driveway for one car and plenty of free street parking. Front garden and a large back garden (see pic). Garden has two sheds for plenty of storage, bbq, outdoor seating and its completley enclosed and very private. Neighbours eitherside of property are great. House is less than 5 min walk to the Haywards Heath Hospital, 20 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk into town centre shops. There is also conveniently a supermarket/petrol station one road away.

Room is available immediately, Rent of £600 pm (deposit of £675) plus half of utilty bills. We will be joint tenants on the lease and there will be a £50 referencing charge. Please feel free to contact me with any queries.
