Brand new because the house is a new build.

The house is in a quiet and peaceful area yet we're within 2 minute walk to the pub and 25 minute walk to the centre.

There is a dedicated parking space for your car and a bus stop just in front of the development for services to Crawley (via Haywards Heath train station), Lewes and Brighton.

The living room is spacious with a massive sofa that can accommodate sleepovers if you have guests over.

The big kitchen has everything you would want and need from blenders, toasters, even a rice cooker.

The garden is huge, great for summer BBQ etc and there is access to glorious walks in the forest just opposite the front door.

ROOM:
The en-suite master bedroom is large and overlooks the garden.
The current tenant will be taking the bed &mattress, but there is a large wardrobe, curtains, shelves etc. and has enough room for you to personalise it to your taste.
The en-suite has all the shelves and a brand new de-mister mirror put in.

HOUSEMATE:
Jack, a gay guy who mainly works from home. There are 2 quiet and well behaved dogs living here so dog lovers will love it! The dogs do not bark because one of them is a barkless breed so both of them are really silent and calm dogs. They might occasionally sit and cuddle with you and put their little paw on your lap.
