Beautiful Room available in sought after location

Looking for a professional person to share our lovely home in a sought-after and quiet location near Haywards Heath train station. Someone who is exceptionally clean, tidy, and respectful of their surroundings would fit the brief. The bedroom is fully furnished with bedding, towels, and its own TV.

The town is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are two large supermarkets within walking distance.

My children have flown the nest, so it's just me, my partner, and our two friendly cats. We are both retired/semi-retired, easy-going, and friendly, and we are looking to welcome a similar person into our home.

The property is a large 4-bed detached house with plenty of space and a beautifully kept large garden. Parking is available on the road. You will have your own bathroom, though it may occasionally need to be shared with my son who visits four times a year.
