We are offering a spacious master bedroom in a well-kept 4 bedroom house. The room will be provided with a brand new mattress, a large built-in wardrobe, and a TV. Furniture can be added, changed, or removed depending on what suits you best.

The house is shared with a friendly, professional couple (two females), who live in the property. One of us works hybrid, so the home is generally calm and well organised. We are respectful of shared spaces and value a peaceful, tidy environment.

You will have full access to the main living room, which includes a large TV. We also use a separate living space, so privacy is well balanced for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking equipment, including air fryers, coffee machines, and general kitchenware. There is also workout equipment available to use.

All bills are included in the rent (utilities, council tax, internet etc), and there is plenty of on-road parking available. We will be investing in a cleaner for shared spaces at no extra cost to you.

We are looking for a clean, considerate, and respectful lodger who is comfortable living in a shared home and treats it as such. This would suit a working professional or student who values a relaxed and friendly household.
