We are offering a double bedroom in a well-kept 4-bedroom house.

The room has been freshly repainted, with new blinds fitted, and can be re-decorated in a colour of your choice if you register early interest. A double bed will be supplied. The room also benefits from a deep built-in wardrobe with shelves and a clothing rail, and a chest of drawers, TV and bedside table can be provided if required. Please refer to the floor plan.

The house will be shared with a friendly, professional couple (two females) and another professional female who will live in the property. One of us works hybrid, so the home is generally calm, tidy and well organised. We are respectful of shared spaces and value a peaceful living environment.

You will have full access to the main living room with a large TV. We also use a separate living space, so privacy is well balanced for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking equipment, including air fryers, coffee machines and general kitchenware. There is also workout equipment available to use.

All bills are included in the rent (utilities, council tax, internet etc), and there is plenty of on-road parking available..

Please note the household contains rabbits who are kept in their own separate room.

We are looking for a clean, considerate and respectful lodger who is comfortable living in a shared home and treats it as such. This would suit a working professional or student who values a relaxed and friendly household.
