Small Single Room in Haywards Heath

Small room to let in a quite road close to the center of HH. The room has a bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and shelving.

A good wireless broadband connection is included in the rent. (67mb/pm)

We are on a no-through road so there is very little traffic and it's easy to park. We are 12 mins walk from the station, 14 mins from Sainsbury's and 5 mins from the Broadway.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use and all washing powder is included in the rent.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, large fridge and a feezer in the garage.

There are two of us living in the house. There is a garden with gas BBQ, table and chairs. We have a cat, so an animal lover is essential.

The rent includes all bills, broadband, milk, tea, coffee and all your cleaning materials. You will only be required to clean your room, and the kitchen and bathroom after use.

The house has an easy going atmosphere and we are into keeping fit and a healthy lifestyle, so the house is strictly no smoking inside (non-smokers preferred please) .

I'm looking for responsible, professional and mature guests to share the house. Regrettably, no more pets, no couples, no children. You should be clean and tidy, fully employed, and be considerate of others . This is not a student house and we do not live like students. Mature professional persons only please.

Please note; it is a small room, perhaps best suited to someone new to the area, or looking for temporary accomodation.
