Modern house in the centre of Horsham

I’m a young professional (airline pilot) that’s just got the keys to a brand new house close to the centre of Horsham. I’m looking to get a couple of lodgers.

I play guitar and love being social with a beer/bbq/film. But I also respect privacy and being tidy. I’m looking for people that fit with the house.

The house has four bedrooms and three toilets+ showers, washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge, oven, microwave, wine fridge etc, it’s very modern. Parking for two cars, a garage, and some street parking aswell. Cleaner comes every two weeks.

Depending on the room with all bills prices will be between £550-660 and can be furnished or unfurnished.

There is also a master room with en-suite that I would be happy to part with for £720. I’m aiming to rent out two rooms and have one spare. I’m a live in landlord.

I’m currently in the process of furnishing. Any new lodger will have all furniture by the time they move in.
