I have a quiet room on the top floor of the house with its own bathroom. it is a 5 minute walk to the station, hospital, park, leisure centre, courts, police and fire station and college and a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
We have parking on the front for one small car and the room would ideally be taken as a Monday to Friday let but I will consider a full time let.
The tenant must be tidy and be respectful to others. I live here with my two kids aged 12 and 15. We have a small dog and a 2 year old cat. FEMALES ONLY PLEASE. Strictly a non smoking person and someone who works normal office hours .
