Top Floor Flat in Central Horsham With Parking-

I will soon have my spare room available for rent in my top floor flat (no lift unfortunately). It's a double bedroom which comes with a bed and includes a built in wardrobe and TV point. You will have exclusive use of the bathroom which is directly next door and an allocated parking space. There is also a secure bike store. I absolutely love living here as it is 5 minutes walk from the town centre, 12 minutes walk to the railway station and 5 minutes from beautiful countryside walks including Chesworth Farm and Denne Gardens. I work full-time Monday to Friday and am out in the evenings several times a week and most of the weekend. I'm pretty easy going but try to keep the flat a nice environment to live in by tidying and cleaning as I go, so would like someone who feels the same. I have a growing plant collection but I'm trying to keep it under control! I love socialising and chatting but I equally enjoy time to myself so welcome introverts or extroverts.
