We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.
We only accept working professionals, 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.
We will require the following documentation from you:
• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
We require the following payments from you to secure a room:
• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit
Please note that if you are not in full time employment with a permanent contract and a guaranteed minimum number of hours, we will request that you provide a guarantor.
