The house has recently been extended and refurbished so everything is new. Close to Horsham railway station and a few minutes walk to the town centre.

Large open plan kitchen, dining room & TV area. Separate living room with TV. Garden with large patio with barbecue for use by everyone in the household. Lots of nice seating in the garden. South facing so lovely sunny aspect. Kitchen is shared with fridge, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave & dishwasher.

Rooms are both double and fully furnished with new furniture, including wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. All linen and towels can be supplied. Shared bathroom with walk-in shower.

On street parking available. I will supply a residents parking permit for one car per room.

All members of the household share the cleaning of communal areas. You will be responsible for your own room, laundry etc.

Only professionals and strictly no couples (even if they take a room each). References required.
