2 bed maisonette next to Horsham train station. Decent double room available, room and flat are furnished throughout but I can remove anything in your way you don’t need. Plenty storage, there’s a garage too. I stay with my partner most of the time so you’d basically have the place to yourself. I’d initially be looking at a 6 month deal on these terms at which time I may fully move out and look to offer the prop as a full rental, I’m sure we could do a deal if you were in situ and interested in staying.

I like my neighbours so no loud party animals, otherwise anyone is welcome. Pets are welcome too, no private garden but the prop is surrounded by grassy areas and near parks. I’m a 33 year old male professional accountant with a long term partner who I stay with most of the time. If I’m at home it’s to work, work out, eat, sleep, watch TV, play games. I occasionally have a couple of friends round to play poker or video games.
