The property is an upper floor maisonette that has two levels, I live upstairs and downstairs is a small single room for my daughter and a double bedroom which is for rent.
We have a dishwasher and I have gigabit fiberoptic WiFi which you're welcome to use. No couples please but the current Tennant does have his young daughter stay in the room with him and im ok with that.
Can be unfinished if you want, I can find somewhere to store the bed if you want to bring your own.
