The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, open plan kitchen living room, conservatory and garden (with pond).

What about the room?
It has all you would need with side tables, lights and a comfy bed. The bathroom on that floor will be mostly yours as I am not there often and Nicolas has his own one.

You will be living with Nicolas and me (I am only there once every other weekend). Given most of the times you will be 2 in a 3 bed, 2 bathroom house, you should have enough space for yourself. It is situated in a quiet area, 10 min walk from Littlehaven Station (4min cycling).

Both Nicolas and I are working professional (30/35) working full time in London (IT/Recruitment).

Bills are included (gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax) however cleaner is not.

To make sure the house is consistently cleaned we have Nicolas and I have decided to take a cleaner 😊 which cost 35£ a month (she comes twice a month).

If you like cooking, watching Netflix and the occasional barbecue you'll be a match. We are very clean (you'll see when you visit) and keep the flat tidy so we would expect the same from you if you want to be our new flatmate :) .
No smokers (at least inside) and no pet allowed.
