The room is medium sized, simple and has a decent sized cupboard/wardrobe (larger than appears in photos). £100 a week inc all bills and wifi. Two weeks deposit upfront to secure the room- no contract.
The flat has a large new fully furnished kitchen, brand new washing machine also. No livingroom access.
The current flatmates are very friendly! Two female and one male. No couples, sorry.
